Recent Races: Three time finisher, and two time participant in Ultraman World Championships.  Ultradistance cycling events:  24 hour rides, 400 mile  & 200 mile road races.  2006 Boston and NYC marathons.  Lauren has qualified as a solo rider for RAAM 2007.

Entering UM because: because part mystery/part to show that middle aged & older women can be full participants in ultra-distance events.  I am so happy to participate in Ultraman as part of a relay.  2006 would not have been a perfect year without the Thanksgiving Ultraman trip to the Big Island!
